INTRODUCING
Hi there, We are looking to do a house swop for 1-2 months. Cai & I are looking at potentially emigrating to Vancouver and would like to get a better feeling of the city and also take the opportunity to look at the employment market. We live in Cape Town South Africa, without question outside of Vancouver one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Our home is also extremely central as we are 5 minutes away from the city centre, beaches & mountains. We have a fully furnished, two bedroom semi detached cottage, modern and charming. We also have a fabulous neighbour Karen, who I have no doubt will be able to help you get information to help better explore our wonderful town and keep you company while you find you way through our delicious South African wines. We are potentially looking to come in August of this year. I am South African 37 years old and Cai is German 38 years. No kids, none smokers but we love our wine ;o). About Our Home
Our beautiful sunny home is centrally located, 5min away from the CBD, beaches and mountains, and the new Cape Town Stadium, the V&A Waterfront as well as the promenade along the sea is only a 10 min walk from the doorstep. It has two bedrooms (king and queen beds plus a desk) with en-suite bathrooms (one with a bath and shower and one with a shower), open plan lounge/ kitchen, a little backyard and front wooden deck. It's old world charm with high ceilings, lots of windows and hardwood "Imbuia" floors, perfectly matches the newly renovated modern interior. Open plan design with intelligent division of kitchen and lounge area. Friendly neighborhood (our neighbor is a true star). Fully furnished, including washing machine, computer, wireless internet and stereo. YOU WILL LOVE IT!
