INTRODUCING
It is our main home, which is beautiful and comfortable, on a 7th floor with lots of windows and light. We are empty nesters and decided to fix one of the bedrooms as a dressing room with a sofa bed and TV, and another is fixed as my studio (I´m an artist, my husband is a University professor) Our bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it´s open to the dining room, which has a balcony. There is an open laundry with a washing machine. We have a main bathroom and a separated shower room, and also a toilet. The living room is large and airy. It is located in a classy neighbourhood (RETIRO/ PLAZA SAN MARTIN) , art galleries, pedestrian zone and public transportation at hand. We are near Teatro Colon and Obelisco, and not far from San Telmo,( tango and restaurants area). My husband and I are experienced exchangers and we are used to take care of other people´s homes as much as we do with ours. Our son, who is a lawyer, lives in the neigbourhood and will be on charge of our guest´s and the apartment´s matters.
