INTRODUCING
We are Bruce and Cindy and are retired seniors interested in a home swap both within and outside the United States. We both enjoy travel within the US, Canada, and in Europe. Our grown children and siblings live in Calif, NYC, TN, OH, New England so we are always interested in short exchanges there. On our bucket list we have placed the following: Italy, England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, France, Spain, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Tetons, California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii. We are also interested in the Canadian provinces, particularly the Western and Central ones. Our 1100 square foot villa is located five miles from the Atlantic Ocean in Boynton Beach, Florida, which is located in Palm Beach County. We have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen which includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, and oven. We also have a small laundry room with a washer and dryer. We have two televisions, a DVD, stereo, many books, games, dvd's, and cd's. In our development there are two pools and a recreation room for the residents. We are near a bus stop which takes you to many places in the area including our local mall, where our church is located. Our home is located within five miles of grocery stores, restaurants, post office, book stores, Office Depot, clothing stores, mall, and church. Besides the two bedrooms there is a charming Florida room (closed in porch) which serves as a combination library and tea room. The lot on which our villa sits is large enough to play a game of croquet. We are also located and within walking of tennis courts and a small park. We are interested in both and long term exchanges and would very much like to plan an exchange to a European country in the spring, summer, or fall of 2015. However, we are open to any offer and will promptly respond to all.
About Our Home
This one floor cozy villa is located in a quiet suburb within Palm Beach County, FL. It is located within 5 miles of the Atlantic Ocean and offers a Florida room and a barbecue on the back patio as well as an ample LR/DR combination with recliner sofa and chairs. The newly remodeled MBR has a double bed. There is another bedroom with access to a high queen-sized blow-up bed. Guest amenities include TV, VHS, DVD recorders as well a stereo system and plenty of CD's, VHS and DVD's as well as many games and books. There is parking for two cars available in the driveway and parking for guests near the pool. There is wireless internet access. The villa offers a laundry room with washer and dryer. I may offer a car in exchange as well but we are walking distance to a bus stop as well.

Our Location
Our senior community offers a clubhouse and two pools to all residents and guests. We are within a short walk to a lovely park that offers walking paths, handball courts, picnic tables and barbecuing outdoors. Our home is located within 5 miles of the Atlantic Ocean with beaches and all types of water sports. Within a 5-mile radius there are many types of restaurants, movie theaters, clothing and bookstores, and a shopping mall. We're within ten miles of two playhouses and museuums. The closest airports are Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. There are many types of churches in our area as well.

Other Comments
We are also located about five from commuter rail transportation to big cities like Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Two international airports FLL and PBI are very close by interstate or rail and Miami Airport is a little further away but easily accessible.
