We have 3 children aged 9, 7, and 3. We are open to considering anywhere in the world as exchange.
About Our Home
We use the schoolhouse as our holiday home. Up until a few years ago it was an actual school - which we have adapted. Its three miles from the sleepy coastal town of moville and about 10 miles from Derry - which is just across the border in northern ireland. The schoolhouse boasts a private, countryside location, rolling gardens and, at the back of the house, stunning views of the River Foyle basin and the rugged Benone mountains on the other side. We are located in the north west of Ireland - with many attractions within an hours drive...such as malin Head - Irelands most northerly point, The amazing giants causeway,and many friendly local towns and villages boasting some of the greatest restaurants in Ireland. We are close to several blue flag beaches as well as golf courses and some excellent fishing rivers. The neighbours are especially friendly and helpful and anyone using the house can borrow our car (as long as you get appropriate insurance - which is easy done).

Our Location
The schoolhouse is about a half mile off the main coast road that runs between Derry and Moville. The neighbours are friendly, decent people. You may use our car should you wish as long as you can sort insurance - which should be easy enough done. We`re close to beaches, old forts, sleepy irish towns and some of the best golf courses you're ever likely to see! You can sit in our glass-house and watch the weather fronts roll across the mighty River Foyle, below - these fronts have a different colour sky every single day. The views are truly magnificent. The local Redcastle Hotel has an excellent spa resort and the local village, Moville, offers excellent bars and restaurants.
