INTRODUCING

We are Sam and Jill Tabiendo and our 15 year old son, David. We are looking for a home to swap for when we are in the Chicago are this June, 2015. We live in Alcala de Henares which is a suburb of Madrid, Spain

About Our Home

Our home is a 3 bedroom attic apartment which means that we have a large outdoor space for eating outside and barbecuing. Nice views and in a quiet area. Secure access and elevator. A car is not available because it is stick shift and it's much easier getting around without a car on public transport because of the streets and cost and availability of parking. We have two bedrooms furnished as bedrooms and an office that can be used as a bedroom with a mattress you can bring in. All bedding and towels are furnished. Home is fully equipped.

Our Location

10 minute walk from the train station which goes directly into the main train station in the center of Madrid. From there, you can take a train to any of the sites that are close by like Segovia and Toledo, which are two of our favorite towns to take people. 10 minute walk into the center of Alcala de Henares which is a quaint university town but which will be quieter in June with the students gone. Lots of restaurants and historical and cultural things to see.
