INTRODUCING
We are open to ideas. We love France and speak some French. We like Italy. We loved South Africa and Botswana last year and would consider seeing more of Africa. We want to go to New Zealand and Australia and Southeast Asia and so many other places. If there is a good fit, we are open about the destination. We like exploring in the countryside and near water. So, we are open for ideas and offers. If this is a non simultaneous exchange, we want you to know we have only one car.
About Our Home
Fabulous views! Downtown Boston. Luxury high-rise apartment, 27th floor. Very comfortable, near public transportation, easy walk to just about everything. Concierge. Swimming pool in summer. Exercise room. 1300 sq. feet: large living room, dining area, balcony, one bedroom + office (space for guest), two full baths, fully equipped galley kitchen. WiFi. Flat screen TV. DVD. Underground parking. No pets. We also have a home on Cape Cod in Provincetown that sleeps 2, very close to the beach. Contact us for more information.

Our Location
Boston is a great city. It is also a walking city and our neighborhood is close to many other neighborhoods. We are a few blocks from the North End (Italian); the waterfront; Beacon Hill. We are less than a mile from the Back Bay and a bit farther to Chinatown and the South End. We have many restaurants in the neighborhood and a supermarket and drug store right outside. From here you can walk or take public transportation to the theater, movies, museums and more. Boston is a city of many universities and colleges and we are close to many of them. And, we are a short drive to the beaches and the mountains.

We are a couple who are semi retired. Phil is a teacher and Deborah is a consultant. We love to cook and spend time with friends as well as to travel. We enjoy movies, theater as well. The children are grown. We enjoy travel and learning about new places. This would be our first exchange so we have a lot to learn. We enjoy cities, spending time walking around and seeing things, meeting new people. We also love all kinds of food and enjoy trying new restaurants.
