INTRODUCING
We are a young couple who own and run a wildlife lodge in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve in India.We also have a luxury 3 bedroom apartment in one of the poshest areas of New Delhi. I am also a wildlife photographer and my wife used to work as a TV producer. We have moved from UK to India for this project. We are keen wildlifers and animal lovers and my wife is especially fond of cats- big and small.
About Our Home
Very large, uniquely decorated luxury apartment with 3 en-suite double bedrooms, 1 very large office for 2, reception, lounge cum dining room opening onto a wonderful terrace with swing and surrounded by lush mango trees. A state of the art kitchen with all mod cons, a seperate guest cloakroom and laundry room. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the house which is owned by our parents and so the 2 acres of gardens are also there for use. There is secure parking within locked gates. Night security and a daily cleaning service and maid. A car and chaufer can be arranged for 4 hrs a day if you wish to exchange vehicles. There are TV's with satelite connections in the lounge and in the master bedroom. Internet can be arranged with a plug in modem for your laptop at an extra cost. Three bedrooms are air conditioned, and the lounge is centrally air cooled. There is a solar heating system for hot water, and there is also 24hr power back up provided. The house is family friendly, or great for friends travelling together. Anyone who wants to visit India and have a base where they can escape the hustle and bustle would love this place.

Our Location
The apartment is located in the very posh south Delhi suburb of Sainik Farms. Most homes in this area sit on large plots of land like ours, so there is a feel of countryside living to the place even though you are just a 15 min drive away from great shopping, restaurants, cinemas, night clubs( Select city Mall, MGF Mall etc). Historic sites such as the Qutub Minar are just 20mins away, and central Delhi is around 40mins away. My mom is a very keen gardener so you are surrounded by gorgeous flowers, fruit trees with lots of birdlife and lovely cool breezes. This place would suit a nature lover.

Other Comments
We are a family of animal lovers and have many pets. However, since our parents live downstairs, (our apartment is completly independant- but if you need them in case of emergency- they will be only to glad to help.) you would not need to take care of any of our pets. We are also members of the Sainik Farms country club, and you can use the facilities with our card by paying a nominal guest fee- they have tennis courts, swimming pool, gym, restarant, snooker, library, squash etc. Also, if you are interested in wildlife, we would be happy to include some time for you at our wildlife lodge as part of the swap- our website is www.junglemantra.com
