INTRODUCING
We are a senior couple enjoying our house in Veenendaal, close to the Veluwe park which is an area of natural outstanding beauty, NOB. But also close to historic cities as Amsterdam and Utrecht, what ever you favour is close by. Our children moved out some time ago. Our preferred country is the UK, especially southeast (coast) part. June,July/ September 2017, for approx 14 days. Veenendaal has many churches, and a triving christian community.
About Our Home
Our home is well equipped to house a family of 4/5 people. Our children have moved out some time ago. It is senior proof, with two adjustable comfort chairs (adjustable) and suberb beds (adjustable) in the master bedroom. Our new kitchen is well equipped and adjoins the living room which overlooks our back garden. Our garden enjoys sun practically the whole day, sunscreens all around are fitted. Several bikes are available for your use. We live just 10 minutes from the centre of Veenendaal, where you can shop till you drop!.

Our Location
Veenendaal is very close to the woods and some small cozy villages like Rhenen. Biking and walking are much recommended.The Historic city of Utrecht/Amsterdam are definitely worth a visit and are witin an hour drive, with many historical sights, old churches, canaals and also a busy centre with shops and restaurants. The city of Arnhem is nearby, with the Airborne museum (second World War) The national park the 'Hoge Veluwe' is not far either and is listed a NOB. Leisure parks for children are also close by, like www.efteling.nl www.walibi.nl. The public transport in Holland is very regular and brings you most every where. Our home is located in a nice rural neighborhood. We have good contact with our neighbors. Playgrounds are at our doorstep for the small ones, and we have loods of childrenfilms, with good content. The nice sandy beaches are a good hour drive from our home
