- Keep it simpleHomeswapping is oh so simple. Simply upload your home, then reach out to others. Don't over-complicate what is a very simple community to be a part of.
- Get your pics rightPictures really do the selling. Sure, great text helps, but be sure to make your home appealing by showing off its best features.
- Respond to queriesBeing courteous is what makes homeswapping work. If you get a request, be courteous enough to respond. After all, it's the community of Christian members that makes the difference.
- No need to pack everything awayYou might choose to put away the valuables, but other than that, it's the fact you're in a warm home that makes homeswapping so enjoyable. So there's no need to spend days packing away for your impending guests.
- What about the keys?It sounds simple but most homeswappers want to know how they will get the keys. Most members either use the mail, or leave them with a trusted neighbor.
