INTRODUCING
Hi there! We're Cliff & Allie Black, believers from the Palm Springs area. I am a local Realtor and my husband Cliff is a Grocery Store Director. We are empty-nesters so it is generally just the two of us. We do occasionally travel with our grown kids. My daughter and her husband are 26 years old. They are Worship leaders at their church. My son is 24 and will be entering law school. We are very involved in our local church. My husband serves as an elder and we both sing on the Worship team as well. We're pretty spontanious, with a few weeks notice and are pretty much open to most new adventures!
About Our Home
Our house 2,200 sq. ft. in a wonderfully friendly and quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. It is easily accessible from the freeway. The property is lush, the lot is large and the pool rivals that of a hotel. It has been recently remodeled and has a terrific floor plan with a GreatRoom and Separate den. TV's throughout the house and a stereo system in the backyard for that perfect family pool party. Both the Master Bedroom and Second Bedrooms have newer California King Size Beds. The third bedroom has also been remodeled and will have two twins beds.

Our Location
The home is in a non-gated family community of semi-custom homes. It is 10 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs and close to shopping, entertainment and world famous golf courses.

Other Comments
We do not have any pets and prefer to have no pets in the home. If you travel during off-peak times, you can get to the beach communities, (Newport Beach area) in 90 minutes, as well as Disneyland. Lots of areas to surf and boat. Los Angeles and is about two hours away, as is San Diego. Santa Barbara about 3 1/2, depending of course on traffic.
