About Our Home
Luxury executive home in upscale neighbourhood. One hour From Banff and the Canadian Rockies with world class skiing at Lake Louise and Sunshine Village. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Family friendly with mostly hardwood and tile. The rooms are very generous. We have 2-3 accessible showers, depending on the size of the family. clawfoot tub, bidets. 2 sets of washers and dryers. Media room games room (not yet furnished). 4 car garage deck up and down large paved driveway/basketball hoop. 2 fireplaces gas and wood.a very up to date sophisticated state of the art kitchen, 3queen beds. playpen 1 toddler bed.we have 3 grand children so we have all the amenities for babies and toddlers. no pets and very cautious with a clean surroundings. and practices.

Our Location
Our home is located north-west of Calgary, Alberta just outside the city limits. Easy access to all amenities in the city including swimming, skating, beautiful outdoor skating within minutes. For the ladies, seversal large shopping malls to choose from. Market Mall, Royal Oak, Cross Iron Mills. Easy access to the city train. For the skiers, we are 1hr away from Banff National Park and all the skiing at lake louise and sunshine. 3 hours from kicking horse. can be done in 1 day skiing grocery store 5 mins away with gas station. no public transportation you will need your own transport to the city and then you cn take the train, very easy to use

Other Comments
several other touristy stuff. childrens bikes and scooter. tobaggoon and sleding close to several churches public pool, look up cross iron mills in balzac for shopping. our driveway is excellent for rollerblading when there is no snow. beautiful skating rink close by. lots of hockey like the calgary flames and easy access to tickets. we tend to get wild life on the property but they won't harm you.
