INTRODUCING
Hi, we are Phil and Dayle and we are senior pastors of a church in the beautiful city of Perth. We are interested in cultural experiences, sking, outdoor adventuring, and any other fun stuff! We would love to be able to travel as a family to anywhere in Europe, UK, Canada and the USA.
About Our Home
Hi our names are Phil and Dayle and we are pastors from Perth. We have five children living at home, three girls aged 22, 18, and 11 and two boys aged 15, and 8. Our eldest daughter no longer lives with us as she recently married. We love to travel as a family, and would really like to visit the USA and Canada in our next overseas trip, but are open to just about anywhere! We would also like to travel within Australia, such as the Gold coast, or Tasmania. Situated in an ideal location to explore Perth's coast, city and hills, our family home is spacious, bright and comfortable with 5 large bedrooms with master bedroom ensuite and an open plan family/dining area. There is also a separate formal lounge, and large secure enclosed backyard/ BBQ entertaining area. Our home is suitable for both couples and families with teenagers or young children.

Our Location
We are 5 minutes walk from the train station to any of Perth's many attractions and to Kings Park and Perth city itself. We live just minutes from some of WA's best beaches and the historic port city of Fremantle. With the Swan Valley Tourist Region and the picturesque Perth hills area within 30mins of our home, there are so many family friendly sights to be experienced. The South West region just 2hrs from Perth hosts an array of beaches, multi-award winning wineries, restaurants, art galleries and is a popular all year round holiday destination for many West Australian's and overseas visitors.

Other Comments
Our home has reverse cycle airconditioning and heating to the living areas, plus additional gas heating, and fans in all bedrooms. Our kitchen has recently been renovated. We do have a car available and a lockup carport. We have bikes of various sizes, scooters, basketball ring, swingset, trampoline, toys, games and Wii. A playground, large park, and skatepark are located a short walk from our home. Only a few minutes drive away is a major shopping centre, with numerous restaurants, cafes, a medical centre, library and youth centre.
