12 kms from Cambridge and set in 1half acres of garden. There is no public transport and a car would be necessary. A good central position to based at with 20 minutes to Hamilton, I hour to Rotorua, Tauranga, Waitomo Caves, and 2half hours to popular ski fields and Lake Taupo.
