We have a brand new 120 sqm apartment (in Israel it is termed as a 4 rooms apt) in Afula (30 km. east of Haifa and 5 km. from Nazareth). We don't live in this apt. The apt is facing the large-scale Park of Afula and it is 700 meters from its well-reputed regional hospital. You can rent the apartment for a long period (no matter what time during the year) or swap it during SEP-OCT 2012 / SPRING 2013 for 30-60 days. More details: 120 sqm. 3 bedrooms+a huge living room. Balcony facing a wondrful park. Fifth floor in a 8 storeys bldg. No shared walls with neighbours. Airconditioned. Nice landscape around (fields of Emek Izrael). Pastoral and quiet surroundings. Proximity to the Hospital of Afula and to a large-scale (G-Center) commercial center. Fully equipped. You'll get one of our cars (Renault Meganes...). Secured outdoors parking. Fitness room. A nice lobby. Elevator. The apartment is available for long-run rental periods (750 Euros/month incl. all bills) or for swaps/exchange of 30-60 days during SEP-OCT 2012 / Spring -Summer 2013. This part of Afula is brand new, pastoral (among fields of Emek Izrael) and quiet. 3 minutes of drive and you are in Afula center and its suburbs. Many cheap (still high-level) restaurants, cafe's, supermarkets, commercial centres, country-club around. Hifa and the northern beaches of Israel - are 30 minutes ride. Tel-Aviv - 70 minutes. Many Kibbutzs around as well. All the best from Israel !

In Emek-Izrael. modern, new, 118 sqm, view, aircon, elavator, fully equipped, marvelous terrace, fitness room, lobby. You'll have one of our (Automatic) Renault Meganes. All neighbours around are young couples. Afula city is 700 metres from our building. Very extensive commercial centeres (with EVERYTHING sold !) around. But the building is surrounded by green fields.
