INTRODUCING

Hi we are David and Margaret, We are retired. David has been a pastor missionary and Margaret a teacher in a Christian school. Oour home is 50 miles north of Los Angles and 30 miles south of Santa Barbara. We have a pool in our back yard. The weather is really great here all year long.

The home is located close to the foothills and is just far enough from the coast to not be affected by coastal fog, it is sunny and warm never too cold or too hot. In the winter there is skiing in local mountains about 90 miles away. There are hiking trails in the hills.

our community is seniors only and is very quiet, great neighbors that look out for each other. We have a very private back yord that is at the bottom of a mountain. We see deer and other wild life on the mountain.
