We offer a house in Salzburg, Austria AND a Beach Apartment in Italy , Grado near Venice Grado,Italy:The location of the apartement is perfect: Situated in Grado-Pineta, on the front of the famed Grado Lido, in walking-distance to the historic city-centre. We have a sea-view. Salzburg: High Mountains, lot of Culture, 7 lakes, Nature...culture, sound of music, mozart WE are a christian couple both university teachers of ARt and have no children we work in salzburg, Austria Germany and Switzerland for an Exchange we come as a couple , so 2 people

We have a beautiful house near the City of Mozart, SALZBURG- Austria AND a Beach apartement in GRADO Italy, near VENICE Salzburg – Austria ? Or Italy Are you interested in House – Exchange for two or three month with us / our house in Salzburg, or Italy ? (no financial interests) We are interested in doing House sitting, or swap .the exchange does NOT have to be at the SAME time, - since our houses are empty very often during the whole year. So the swap does not have to be simultaneous. High Mountains, 7 lakes, nature... And/or the wonderful country of Italy....in the most beautiful village Grado ( near Venice) The only fixed time is that OUR visit would be for 3 month in JANUARY AND FEBRUARY/ March We are trustworthy and responsible couple (51 years, Swiss and Austrian nationality, no children) – we are both University Teachers in Dramatic Art –and also authors of many books. We use every year a time to prepare our seminars, write books, working on new projects. We did house exchange for many years. Mag.
