INTRODUCING
Hi, we are a family of four; Camilla and Mattias and our children Lukas (10 years) and Alicia (7 years). Mattias works is a software engineer and Camilla is a RN at the ER in the childrens hospital. We live on the countryside in beautiful Sweden in a newly built house. It takes 45 minutes to drive to Gothenburg (Swedens second largest city) and about 4 hours by train to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. Our home is located within one hour drive to many cities and touristatractions. We love to travel but have never done any home exchange before. We hope to experience and enjoy the culture in your country.
About Our Home
We have a small but spacious house. It's built only a couple of years ago. The house have two bathrooms with showers and also a jacuzzi. We have a small masters bedroom and two singlebed rooms where the kids sleep. The kids also have their own livingroom with a sofa, tv and wii and x-box. The kitchen is nice and fully equipped. The kitchentable is suitable for 6 persons but can be extended for 2 more chairs. The house also has a washing machine and a drier. The house contains everything you need. We have a midsize lawn and also furniture where you can sit outside and eat both in the mornings and evenings, we have sun all day on different sides of the house during the summer (if the sun decides to hit sweden that day...) It's suitable to children as well as couples.

Our Location
The house is located in the countryside with just a few, but very friendly, neighbours. It's a 10 minutes walk to a small village with just one small and intimiate bakery. It takes 10 minutes by car to the closest town. It's a normal swedish city with everything you need and is famous for all it's coffehouse's, it's a very nice town,. 45 minutes away you find Gothenburg (swedens second largest city) with everything a big city offers. It has a famous amusementpark. Just one hour drive to salty bath and you can also take a ferry to all the small island's outside Gothenburg. From Gothenburg you can take the ferry over to Denmark and enjoy Denmark over the day. It's less than one hour drive to many cities like Borås and Trollhättan. It feel's like we live in the center of Sweden if you are willing to just travel one hour or two. By train it takes approx. 4 hours to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. You can also enjoy the close lake, 3 minutes drive by car, or the wood that's just outside the door. The easiast way to get around is by car, but you can also go by bus or train. The bus-stop is just a few minutes walk from our door and will take you to the closest town where you can take buses or the train to anywhere in Sweden or even to Norway and Denmark. It takes you about 5 hours by car/train to Copenhagen (the capital of Denmark) or approx. 3 hours by bus/car to Oslo (the capital of Norway). As you can see it seems like everything is nearby but you will stay in the green, calm and quit contryside.

Our house has a few steps outside to reach the front door. We will be able to switch car also, since it's difficult to go around without it, were we live. We are able to do a house-swap during this dates: July and August 2020 October /november 2020
