INTRODUCING
Hello, we are Michaela and Andreas (around 48) with our 2 daughters (both teenagers). Michaela works parttime as a teacher and Andreas as electronics engineer. We would like to do a home exchange in summer.
About Our Home
We happily swapped home 7 times and would like to swap again. We are open for any offers. For Summer 2016 we already arranged a swap. We live in a nice new house (*2005) with garden, veranda with roof, view to rural surrounding (see picture). 2swings+trampolin, outdoor table-tennis (which at rain can be placed under a spacy carport), Internet access, satellite-TV; non-smokers; no pets but fishes. Parking in own carport beneath house. We also have lots of toys,games and books here.

Our Location
We are located in a small village at the edge of Pfaffenhofen/Ilm (which according to LivCom-Award '11 is worlds' most liveable community) 50km north of Munich. Quiet countryside with MADOWS, FORESTS, hilly terrain (from which you can see the alps at good weather). Benedictine monastery and SMALL LAKES for swimming here in Pfaffenhofen / Ilm. Playground 5 walkingminutes away from our house, many BIKEWAYS here. Well equipped SWIMMINGPOOLS with big slide(s)and waves etc.in the near (in Pfaffenhofen (outside)10min car and Ingolstadt(indoorbath)40min). Forest CLIMBINGPARK in Jetzendorf (15 carminutes away from us): see link http://www.waldkletterpark-oberbayern.de/fotos-klettereindruecke.html?page=3. Some CASTLES are to find nearby. In the naturepark ALTMUEHLTAL (go north 40min car) you can experience several caves of different size (flowstone cave...), visit a stone-age show, enjoy a canoe- or bike tour along the river Altmuehl, climb mountains and rocks on your own or in a climbing park,... The options in this area with its woods, river, rocks and often sun are nearly never ending! Other Comments
Pfaffenhofen at the river Ilm is located right in the middle of the city-triangle Augsburg, Ingolstadt and Munich; in the Hallertau, famous hop-growing area. These cities offer many attractive options: sightseeing, shopping, football (famous footballclub FC Bayern München:), all kind of museums, restaurants and (last but not least) a big variety of german and international churches and services. Pfaffenhofen has a public bus system and a trainstation with connection to Ingolstadt/Nürnberg and Munich. We could do an exchange 2 or 3 weeks in August 2015. Depending if you have bikes for us we leave ours here.
