INTRODUCING
My name is Priscila and I am going to study English in London with my husband and my two cute dogs Dom and Meg (they are shitzu). I am 30 years old and my husband 39. We are lawyers. We are Christian since we were children and now we are attending at Missão Agape Church (www.missaoagape.com.br). We are looking for a home in London to stay between August 1st and October 31st, where pets are allowed. We live in São Gonçalo, a city close to Rio de Janeiro in a nice neighborhood of the city.
About Our Home
My home is private and good for 4 people. We have two floors. In the first one are the livingroom, one bathroom, kitchen, garage, gourmet room and laundry. In the second floor are two bedrooms, one bathroom and balcony. First Floor: 1) Living room: table for 6, TV (cable TV), DVD and air conditioner; 2) Garage: You can park one big car or two regular cars; 3) Kitchen: Refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, grill, air fryer, cofee maker, blender, toaster and many utensils; 4) Gourmet room: A comfortable space outside with table for four, sofa, air conditioner and winery. After the glass' doors we have a barbecue; 5) Laundry: Washing machine and dishwasher; 6) Bathroom (nice shower). Second Floor: 1) Balcony with big glass' window; 2) Office bedroom: table to computer, TV (cable TV is not available, only google chromecast), air conditioner, twin bed and a sofa bed (view to street) 3) Bedroom for a couple: Double bed, air conditioner, regular small sofa, TV (cable TV available) and closet (view to Barbecue and green area). Wi-fi is available. Pets are allowed.

Our Location
Our street is silent and our neighborhoods are friendly. Close to our home (180 mts) we have a local grovery store, vet, two bakery shops, a japanese restaurant and gym. The closest shopping mall is 2,2 km (you will need take a cab or bus or drive). We are 2 km of Sao Gonçalo Downtown with many restaurants and diferent stores.

Sao Gonçalo is a city close of Niteroi, Marica and Rio de Janeiro cities (tourist cities). Niteroi: You can go to museums, nice and amazing Brazilian restaurants and Beaches. The farther beach of Niteroi is 24 km of our home. You can go by bus (you will need take 2 buses) or driving (it is better). Marica: This is a city with many beaches. Rio de Janeiro: The wonderful city. You can take a bus or take bus and boating (nice trip). We suggest you rent a car because is more comfortable and it is not so expensive. However, I have big friends from London and other places of Brazil who stayed at my home and did everything by Bus. So if you would like do one of this activities he will prepare a good trip for you. Aditionally, we are close (1:30 hour by car) of one of the best place to diving in South America (Arraial do Cabo - Pictures: https://www.google.com.br/search?q=scuba+diving+in+arraial+do+cabo&es_sm=93&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=BXfuVMrSLMalNrHEgaAD&ved=0CB4QsAQ&biw=1600&bih=791). Arraial do Cabo is one of the 3 amazing cities of Região dos Lagos (Cabo Frio, Buzios and Arraial do Cabo). You can spend a day or a weekend there. This time of the year (Aug - Oct) is low season, so the hotels are very cheap. But if you prefer mountains we are close as well (1h by car) of Friburgo, Teresopolis, Petropolis and Cachoeiras de Macacu. There you can have different atracts including restaurants and waterfall. Consumer Bills: While you are here energy and water bills will be your responsabilty, at least we agree in a different way. As well, We will pay for TV and Internet. phone could be available. Housekeeping once a week is avaliable for BRL 140/week.
