INTRODUCING

We are family of two professionals and two young children (ages 8 and 5). We have lived many parts of the country and love to travel. A traditional school year binds our schedule, so we are primarily interested in summer swaps, and planning far in advance is very helpful with our work schedules. Currently, we looking for a June 2016 swap.

About Our Home

Large, 3500 sq ft family-friendly model home full of upgrades in an Albuquerque suburb. There is a large master suite (CA King) on the main floor; upstairs is a loft, a 2nd master guest room/office with a trundle bed (2 twins), and 2 additional bedrooms (1 full and 1 twin). Outside, there is a small well-manicured, fully-fenced backyard with a covered patio, outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor fireplace.

Our Location

Within a mile, there are parks, a large city library, an aquatic center, a sports complex, and an ice-skating rink. Grocery stores, Target, coffee shops, gyms, etc. are less than 2 miles away. Hiking along the Rio Grande and the Sandia Mountains are under half an hour away. The offerings of Albuquerque are within 15-20 minutes and Santa Fe is a short 45 min train ride or drive north.
